Classes started this week at the old Lotus Fire Yoga space (Joanie’s up on the main floor of the Rodman Bldg. now). Check out our new Facebook page ‘Pause…’ here. We have classes listed as ‘events’ – take a 1/2 hour or more to just ‘pause’ and recharge your battery with a Kettlebell class or maybe some Pilates or Yoga? Come on by! Some of us started the week this morning with Monday Morning Meditation…
