Have you heard of NADP?
A local professional reached out to me today asking if I knew of any local professionals in the below categories that might be interested in building out a local NADP group. I figured some of you might be interested so I thought I’d share it in this week’s BUZZ. Spring is for growth (mindset) & this might make sense for you and your business development strategy? We haven’t had any available office space in a few months but as some larger spaces are being built out and some community members (tenants) are ‘moving up’ — we have a couple spaces opening up in the next couple of months. Act fast, as they’ll go fast…and there are only 2!
We are still getting new people signing up and having their locally sourced food (and products) delivered on Fridays…we continue to be excited about The Hive RI’s partnership with WhatsGood, a providence based company that brings the farmers market right to your door!
The Hive RI is a FREE pickup point on Fridays from 3-5 for our community…
Here’s how it works:
1. Download the WhatsGood Marketplace app (Google Play or Apple Store)
2. Choose “The Hive RI” and the date you for your order
3. Shop from over 25 Rhode Island farms and businesses
4. Place your order using the coupon code HIVE25 to receive $25* off your first order!
5. Free pick up at The Hive RI on Fridays between 3-5 pm. Stop in or send a friend! It’s easy to grab and go!
*orders of $50 or more
Order your fresh veggies, local meat & seafood, dairy, bread, and so much from as many purveyors as you like. We’ll pick up from farms and vendors all over RI and conveniently drop of your order, packed in insulated totes, to The Hive ready for you to pick up.
The following Rhode Island farmers, fishermen, and artisans work with WhatsGood to get their products directly to you!: Brandon Family Farms, Tony’s Seafood, The Farm in RI, Windmist, Wild Harmony, RI Shellfish Company, Rhody Fresh, Custom House Coffee, Fully Rooted, Cocofuel, Yoreganics, Buppy Pets, SourceFire, Local patch, Beautiful Day, Dizzie Lizzie, Hocus Pocus Farm, Rhode Island Organics, Olga’s Cup and Saucer, Chi Kitchen, Lily’s Ladle, Popette Of Pendulum, Granny Squibbs, Ocean State Pepper Co, Barrett’s Garden.
Is Coworking for you?
Do you work at home? Do you work out of cafes like Starbucks or Panera Bread? Come by The Hive RI anytime from 9-5, Monday through Friday, & try out working ‘alone together’ in a space that isn’t a coffee shop or a restaurant but still has that same kind of feel. We have couches, chairs, tables and desks, coffee and internet connection. We won’t charge you for the first time or two. It’s not for everyone but it’s perfect for some, it’s only $150 per month and $15 per hour for the conference room! If you have questions, just email: Tuni, a.k.a. ‘The Queen Bee’, or if you want to sign up… email@example.com.
