We are ringing in 2024 with excitement here at The Hive RI & Mill at Lafayette!

🐝 2023 brought more infrastructure updates, like VERY expensive doors (historic renovations are never 1. easy or 2. inexpensive) & many new community members!  We also hosted over a dozen small business workshops & events!  We are so thankful to ALL that choose to work & grow here at the Mill! 

🐝 We are excited to welcome our newest community member, Abby Fraser, and her very cool & unique business, Blue Stocking Studio – her new space is pictured above from the outside & we can’t wait until the inside is ready for viewing too!  Follow her on Instagram, here

🐝 Work ‘Alone Together’ with us in our open coworking space at The Hive or secure your very own office space at the Mill at Lafayette! Homer & I just got in from some time in our ‘outside office’ in Ryan Park (our backyard) where we love to take walking breaks or just work outside (it’s easy to have productive phone calls out in nature or listen to a podcast).  We were so excited to see multiple Mill community members enjoying the sunshine & fresh air too!

We also have multiple spaces that just opened up in the Rodman Bldg. on the main floor and top floor – 650 Ten Rod Rd. & the same building as The Hive but we’re on the back corner & the old boiler room so separate…
