Did you know that within our 100+ tenant community we have two architects and an interior designer? That just tips the iceberg when describing our amazing and diverse professional community here!

We are excited to welcome back Alyssa Knapp of Integrated Wellness Journeys to share Summer productivity tips on Wednesday, July 19th at 5:30. Offices available!
We’ve recently had a few community members move around, as well as are in the process of welcoming a few new members but one of the offices in The Hive is still available & we have a beautiful office space ton the top floor in the Rodman Building that is right off of the stairs and elevator and adjacent to the common central area. We also have some ‘raw’ larger space on the top floor that can be designed and built out.

The Hive office is $350 per month and only requires a ‘last month’ deposit so is really month to month. The other offices require a lease of a year or more but Mike can work with you on that. We have a break room in The Hive with a full sized refrigerator/freezer, a microwave and we provide coffee/tea. The Hive’s breakroom is available to Hive coworking and office members, but it is also there for any of our mill community office tenants. As you know from these emails, we have monthly events including art shows, a waterfall right outside our door and there are miles and miles of walking/biking/running trails in Ryan Park right behind us!
It is really a great place to work, come join us!
